The LaPorte Girls Cross Country Team competed in their first race of the season on Saturday at Kesling Park, where six teams participated. Illiana Christian claimed the team title, and Olivia Olthof of Illiana was the individual champion. LaPorte's top finishers were Caylin VanShoyck and Vivian Leniski, who placed 2nd and 6th overall.
